Job Description
-Prepare or update recruitment records related to recruitment, transfer, promotion and termination
-Anatomically describing policies, practices, laws and standards of human resource for new and current employees
-Ensure the completion and processing of new recruitment documents
Informing job applicants about job duties, responsibilities, benefits, time plans, working conditions, upgrading opportunities, and so on.
-Dealing with any issues related to business relationships, such as work complaints and allegations of harassment
-Processing all forms of personnel action and ensuring appropriate approval
-Monitoring the recruitment process that includes coordination of job posts, resume reviews and reference reviews
-Creating, implementing and evaluating all human resource policies, procedures and structures
-Management of insurance related programs
-Design and implement effective training and development programs
-Employee performance check
-Maintain and update all employee records with new employment information or changes in employment status
-Identifying the company's recruitment needs and managing the recruitment process to ensure they are properly implemented
-Follow -up budget
-Answering staff questions and solving problems at the right time
