Implement talent acquisition processes including interviews, hiring, onboarding, and socialization.
Prepare employment advertisements on job search and employment sites and channels.
Implement HR performance management with the approach of KPIs.
Evaluate employees' job performance through appraisal forms and participate in related meetings.
Handel personnel medical damages and coordinate between employees and insurance company and update the log and inform the personnel accordingly.
Prepare training plan and Carry out all matters of training courses inside and outside the company.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Management.
Knowledge of Ministry of Labor and Social Security laws.
Familiarity with the main processes of human resources management including recruitment and hiring, performance management, and training and development.
