Job Description

  • Implement talent acquisition processes including interviews, hiring, onboarding, and socialization.
  • Prepare employment advertisements on job search and employment sites and channels.
  • Implement HR performance management with the approach of KPIs.
  • Evaluate employees' job performance through appraisal forms and participate in related meetings.
  • Handel personnel medical damages and coordinate between employees and insurance company and update the log and inform the personnel accordingly.
  • Prepare training plan and Carry out all matters of training courses inside and outside the company.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Management.
  • Knowledge of Ministry of Labor and Social Security laws.
  • Familiarity with the main processes of human resources management including recruitment and hiring, performance management, and training and development.
  • At least three years of relevant work experience.
  • Expert in Windows and MS Office.
