Job Description

  • Follow up on talent recruitment through online recruitment and recruitment panels and social media.
  • Prepare periodical recruiting and hiring reports.
  • Follow up with the concerned team to ensure HR tasks such as onboarding, and legal work will be managed on time.
  • Plan for HR-related events.
  • Forecast on challenges on assigned functions.
  • Implement various human resources programs and procedures and help in individual and organizational development.
  • Assist and continuously improve internal and external processes including recruiting, benefits, training, health, etc.
  • Assist in assessing staff training and development needs and preparing training calendars.
  • Help improve internal communications.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with competency-based interview techniques.
  • Gender preference: Male.
  • Age range: 20 to 30 years old.
  • At least two years of work experience in reputable companies.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Social Sciences, Sociology, or other related fields.
  • An intermediate level in English.
  • Teamwork spirit.
  • Ability to negotiate.
