We are looking for a qualified human resources expert to design, determine, implement and manage all human resources processes in the whole company to ensure achieving the business goals.
List of responsibilities:
● Collaborate with the team for designing and compiling human resources processes, procedures, instructions, etc.
● Collaborate with the team to design, determine, and implement HR planning and strategy.
● Collaborate with the team for designing and compiling job profiles.
● Collaborate with the team for job analysis, and job grading based on standard models, employee grading
● Make sure the exit settlement of employees is done in the proper way.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or other related fields.
● More than 5 years of experience as an HR expert.
● Able to design and determine documents such as instructions, procedures, etc.
● Excellent communication skills and interpersonal capabilities.
● High professional in MS Office, especially in Excel.
● Able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
● Upper-Intermediate level in English.
