Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, retention, and development, implementing innovative talent management programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Create a high-performance culture that fosters employee engagement and productivity.
Manage the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
Foster positive employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and grievances, managing labor union relationships, and negotiating labor agreements.
Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws, regulations, and policies, and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize legal exposure and reputational damage.
Lead the adoption of HR technology and tools to enhance efficiency and service delivery, and partner with other business units to leverage HR technology for strategic advantage.
Serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, represent the company in HR-related forums and industry events, and collaborate with external stakeholders.
Requirements
Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in human resources, with a proven track record of success in a large, complex organization.
Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and labor law.
Understanding HR technology and its role in driving organizational performance.
Ability to negotiate, build consensus, and influence stakeholders.
