● Perform job analysis, prepare, and update job descriptions in the organization.
● Develop and implement a performance management system.
● Prepare and analyze HR surveys, such as job satisfaction, and employee engagement.
● Maintain knowledge of best practices and new technologies in human resources.
Requirements
● Proficiency with MS Office.
● Very good command of English.
● Good knowledge of performance management models.
● Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Familiar with KPI development.
● Familiar with HR excellence models especially the 34000 model (which is a plus).
● Master's degree, preferably, in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate from reputable universities.
● At least 2 years of experience in similar positions.
