_ Consolidation of business goals with all relevant units
_ Management, evaluation and overall coordination of human resource performance in subsidiaries
_ Maximize unit productivity in terms of human resource strategies
_ Managing Benefits Programs such as Insurance, Pension Plans, Holidays, Traditional Leaves, and Pacifications
_ Holding weekly and monthly meetings with relevant units.
_ Analysis of trends and criteria for formulating solutions, programs, and policies.
_ Managing and solving complex staff relationship problems.
_ Conduct effective, complete, and impartial research
