Providing guidance on people practices such as restructures and succession planning.
Bringing people expertise and developing solutions to help the business area to deliver its strategy.
Influencing and building relationships with people around the business.
Acting as a focal point of people expertise for COE teams that are implementing new people approaches.
Questioning and challenging others to get to the root of people and business issues.
Coaching and providing feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency.
Managing the workforce by recruiting fit employees, job rotation, job enrichment, and other relevant strategies.
Consulting with business line owners and product managers on people-related issues.
Educating team members on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions.
Managing engagement and welfare activities of the teams aiming at building higher levels of engagement, connecting with the team, and increasing productivity and retention.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in HR Generalist and HRBP roles.
Familiar with fintech and payment industries.
Strong project management and HR service delivery expertise.
Experience in communicating ideas and information through written proposals, and reports and presenting these to line managers.
Demonstrates strong negotiation, influencing, and management skills.
Familiar with HR functions such as recruitment, L&D, career planning, etc.
