Job Description

  • Work closely with the HR director, and operational and support departments to provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Review HR plans related to the company's chart and budget.
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructure, performance management, and career development and handle all administrative and legal issues.
  • Work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructure, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate in the process of recruitment and team building in the company (sourcing and assessing).
  • Identify, design, and update policies and procedures of all HR systems and processes such as recruitment, evaluation appraisal system, development program, payroll system, reward, and compensation systems, talent management, organizational culture, career path planning, and maintenance system.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Smart, data-oriented, and excellent in problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent in writing and verbal interactions, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on in HR and administrative affairs and a good team player and also excellent in team building and people management.
  • Good knowledge of Iran's employment/labor laws.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Fluent in English.
