Job Description

  • To establish and maintain records and filing systems for all staff to ensure their efficient and effective use.
  • To maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • To ensure all employees are covered by medical insurance.
  • To prepare contracts for new joiners and ensure their timely availability in their respective files.
  • - To ensure monthly timely delivery of employee contracts.
  • To keep updated personnel data sheets of the staff.
  • To follow up on the probation forms of the new employees from the line managers and ensure their receipt of them.
  • To collect monthly time sheets.
  • To Ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential.
     

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
  • Reasonable knowledge of Iranian labor law.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Very good command of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Assertive and confident in dealing with all levels of the organization.
  • Good attention to detail and a genuine desire to provide support and service to others.
  • Flexible to work according to the demands of the role.
  • Well-developed in communication and interpersonal skills.
