Job Description
- To establish and maintain records and filing systems for all staff to ensure their efficient and effective use.
- To maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- To ensure all employees are covered by medical insurance.
- To prepare contracts for new joiners and ensure their timely availability in their respective files.
- - To ensure monthly timely delivery of employee contracts.
- To keep updated personnel data sheets of the staff.
- To follow up on the probation forms of the new employees from the line managers and ensure their receipt of them.
- To collect monthly time sheets.
- To Ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
- Reasonable knowledge of Iranian labor law.
- At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Very good command of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Assertive and confident in dealing with all levels of the organization.
- Good attention to detail and a genuine desire to provide support and service to others.
- Flexible to work according to the demands of the role.
- Well-developed in communication and interpersonal skills.
