Job Description

● Planning and carrying out the recruitment. ● Following up and performing matters related to recruitment (creating a personnel file, arranging / extending an employment contract, ...). ● Monitoring the traffic process of personnel and setting personnel reports. ● Monitoring, planning, and execution of training programs. ● Preparation and updating job descriptions. ● Participation in architectural optimization of the organization. ● Involvement in the implementation of the performance management process. ● Participation in the formulation of job classification and grading. ● Participation in the formulation of service compensation system. ● Participate in the development of career path work. ● Participation in planning and implementation of personnel incentives and welfare initiatives.

Requirements

● Mastery of labor laws. ● Skills in the recognition and improvement of organizational processes. ● Ability to identify and deploy appropriate methods to recruitment and dismissal of human resources. ● Skills to identify individuals and help resolve intra - group conflict. ● Skills in teamwork, empathy, and problem-solving. ● Understanding educational evaluation methods. ● Understanding performance evaluation methods. ● Understanding the ways of recognizing talent and promoting human capital.
