-Designing & implementing organizational chart
-Creating and updating master data base
-Providing all recruitment process from A to Z
-Posting openings, Iran Talent, other web-based sources and also in newspaper advertisements
-Assisting with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help
-Align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company
-Managing HR section events
-Follow up of welfare services and compensation issues
-Among these issues can be discussed wage, reward, appreciation and encouragement, welfare and recreation
-Assisting with the implementation of the performance management system
-Assisting with the establishment of employee training system that addresses the company's training needs
Requirements
-Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, and Industrial Engineering
-Minimum 3 years of combined experience as an HR generalist
-Excellent written and verbal communication
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Good communication, team working and inter-personal skills
-Active listening
-Ability to work under pressure
-Ability to work with team (headquarter HR Team)
-Proficiency in MS office
-Gender Preference: Female
-Ideal Age Range: 25 - 35
