Job Description

● Monitor, upgrade, develop, and maintain HR Information systems regularly to keep compatibility with market changes and upcoming needs management. ● Constant improvement in cooperation with the key users. ● Follow up on the implementation of new reports/updates in close coordination with IT/IS and key users within the timeline. ● Follow up on the accuracy of the information systems data through close coordination with other team members. ● Ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner including the proper use of troubleshooting techniques and procedures with third parties. ● Support key business HR applications, key users, and end users. ● HR process improvement for business agility.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Management. ● At least 2 years of experience in similar roles. ● Hands-on in HR and a good team player and also excellent in team building and people management. ● System implementation experience is a plus. ● Experience in training and supporting clients related to HR systems is a plus. ● Smart, data-oriented, and excellent in problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. ● Fluent in English, written and spoken.
