Human resource supervisor
Job Description:
- Supervising human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, training and employee services by performing the following duties:
- Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Able to execute recruitment procedure professionally such as interview, test and selection of the manpower, according to the needs of departments.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Be involved in staff training, preparing job descriptions, staff assessment and promotions.
- Guide the working environment to a positive one.
- Evaluating & measuring job satisfaction.
- Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs.
- Improving organizational structure by updating job requirements and job description for all positions.
- Handle office and administration process, plans and strategies.
- Managing staff schedules.
- Having work experience with office automation systems.
- Preparing Insurance list and Supplementary insurance.
Requirements
- At least Bachelor degree in related fields of study.
- 5 years of work experience in Hr positions.
- Experienced in all HR processes.
- Good knowledge of ICDL (specially excel and word).
- Leadership Skill.
- Ability to lead and direct people.
- High knowledge of labor laws.
- Good business analysis skills.
- Communication skills.
- Team working skill.
- Mature, Ethical and confidential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience building relationships with staffs.
- Average level in English.
- Minimum Age: 35 • Maximum Age: 45
