Job Description
● Cooperation and participation in matters related to the design, evaluation, and reform of the service compensation system, including salaries, bonuses, insurance, benefits, etc.
● Cooperation and participation in matters related to the design, evaluation, and modification of the labor relations system, including contracts and complaints.
● Cooperation and participation in matters related to the design, evaluation, and reform of the service compensation and exit system, including dismissal, and resignation.
● Cooperation and participation in matters related to the design, evaluation, and modification of the human resources information system.
● Implementation of approved job classification plans within the framework of current guidelines and regulations.
● Reviewing duties, responsibilities, and conditions of job certification in order to prepare or revise the description of duties and conditions of job certification and finally prepare or amend the job classification plan of the organization and approve it.
● Examining and expertizing the guidelines, and procedures in order to prepare and propose amendments to the appropriate guidelines, procedures, and methods for the optimization of the activities of the employees and to make the approvals current at the organization level.
● Monitoring and evaluation of supervised forces (training, performance evaluation, etc.).
