As Human Resource Specialist we will provide the opportunity to develop deep knowledge and skillsets in 1 or more HR fields (e.g. Talent Practice, HR Operations, Learning and Development, Succession Management …). Your work might span across local or regional scopes and projects. your key responsibilities will include:
• Leading and improving day to day operations in Zarrin’s recruitment and selection process
• Collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure Zarrin is able to continue hiring the best-qualified candidates into the company
• Generating, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of dashboards, scorecards, and databases used in the end-to-end recruitment process
• Providing planning, logistics, and administrative support in the execution of various local and global initiatives in talent supply.
• Providing state of the art controls support in the end-to-end operations of Zarrin’s recruitment process
You will participate in other HR projects, including but not limited to:
• On-boarding;
• Performance management;
• Talent and succession management;
• Learning and Development
Requirements
• +1 years of experience in the field of HR
• BS/MS Degree in HR Management or other related fields
• Strong operational discipline: able to effectively handle time and resources to deliver on critical outcomes
• Excellent interpersonal skills: able to effectively communicate ideas to internal and external partners of various backgrounds and levels
• Excellent administrative skills: able to plan, organize and execute necessary activities to deliver on recruiting needs, with proven attention to detail and data accuracy
• Collaboration skills: able to effectively work with others of diverse roles, levels, and backgrounds Ability to develop a technical deep understanding of complex processes and technical applications used in Zarrin recruitment operations
