POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is intended to ensure quality and on time services is providing to all employees including contracts, medical insurance, loan, letters, attendance system, benefits monetary and non- monetary while working with HR Services team in Tehran Office and HR Services Specialist and Factory HRBP in Qazvin in line with company policies and guidelines.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Coordinate personnel affairs: 1. new joiners and annual contracts, personnel folders, 2. complementary insurance, 3. prepare service award trophy coordination.
- Newcomers onboarding program: 1. coordinate first-day induction, 2. prepare agenda, 3. full cross-functional alignment with all stakeholders.
- Leavers' offboarding process.
- Loan coordination/documentation: car advance, emergency Loan, including all documentation process.
- Coordinate all employees' non-cash benefits: Infant formula, best student, sport allowance, product basket, and events, including Norouz, Yalda, Women's Day, and employees’ vaccination services when needed
- Periodic controls (self-assessment) on personnel folders to ensure all mandated documents are available and in the loan folders.
- Timely collection of org charts from all departments in Qazvin.
- Work with the attendance System to ensure all employees have their full attendance before the cut-off period.
- Collecting, updating QOR, MOR, and WOR measures across any operational reviews.
What Will Make You Successful?
- At least 2 years of experience in the area of finance or the admin department.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or Finance/Economics.
- Very Good English communication skills both in written and oral.
- Attention to detail and action-oriented.
