Job Description

Role Summary: HR Planning and Systems Specialist designs and maintains the systems and processes for the human resources area, such as job creation, job evaluation, organizational structure design, and organizational change rules. Key responsibilities: ● Develop or implement MAPNA HR corporate strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs. ● Collaborate with human resources functions to support them in achieving their objectives and contribute to cross-functional team activities. ● Redesign and maintain the HR processes documents and the job evaluation methodology. ● Facilitate evaluation process based on the grading methodology of the company, also research the latest best practices. ● Check the consistency of job descriptions with internal policies and procedures ● Facilitate the process of the new job position creation. ● Cooperate with HR Specialists on the grading of job positions and assigning the correct optimum salary. ● Design and maintain the rules for organizational structure creation. ● Design and maintain the rules for the span of control in different business units. ● Conduct regular audits of the organizational structure and recommend changes to make the organization more efficient. ● Participate in HR projects and organization-wide projects. ● Report to the HR systems and planning manager. ● Commission, bonus, and benefits: 2 monthly performance rewards, patent bonuses, and personal and family full health insurance.


● Master’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or other related fields. ● At least 2 years of experience in related areas. ● Knowledge of searching and researching methods. ● Knowledge of effective learning and development methods. ● Experience in HR project management and budgeting. ● Experience in the implementation of ISO standards. Key skills and competencies: ● Excellent analytical skills. ● Excellent presentation skills. ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen. ● Excellent problem-solving skills. ● Ability to build rapport with employees and internal customers. ● Proactive, enthusiastic, and innovative approach to work. ● Computer literacy (MS Office, and statistical tools).
