-Build and manage the human resources department
-Manage the recruitment and selection process
-Prepare and implement training and development plans for employees to ensure that employees acquire necessary skills in an effective and timely process
-Create and develop overall HR strategies and procedures across the organization
-Manage the challenging situation in relation with staffing, firing, and deliver disciplinary procedures
-Oversee the evaluation, classification, and rating of occupations and job positions
-Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination
-Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
-Deliver compensation, benefits, performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs
-Nurture a positive working environment
Requirements
-Minimum Bachelor’s degree or Master of Science in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources
-At least 10 years of experience in the relevant position
-Knowledge of the different fields of Human Resources Management: recruitment, training, social law, careers development, payroll
-Leadership and management skills, ability to motivate and train others
-Having problem solving skills to deal with disputes, grievances and staffing problems
-Fluent in Human Resources Excellence Model
-Having strong team working abilities
-Good judgment and problem-solving skills
-Influencing and negotiating skills
