Job Description

éclair, with over 12 years of experience is a holding company that at the moment is focusing on producing French pastries and actively moving forward to expand the business by entering cuisine and opening more branches for éclair patisserie. We have more than 80 employees and looking for a strong and capable, talented, and professional Human Resources (HR) Expert with understanding and passion for this job and who can oversee and manage all HR matters related to eclairs growth strategies. The successful candidate will be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees through our company’s guidelines and managing processes. Your main responsibilities will include: ● Create and complete personnel records. ● Responsible for processing the monthly payroll in an accurate, compliant, and timely manner. ● Track and implementing employee-driven incentive and welfare plans. ● Keep the hiring channels active and follow the recruitment process for different units of the company. ● Assist in employee retention and development. ● Establish communication and interaction with employees in order to resolve their problems and needs within the framework of the rules and procedures existing in the organization. ● Provide employment contracts for employees and keeping track of their completion at due time. ● Design and implement effective training and development plans. ● Perform quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, with in-depth knowledge of the recruiting process and labor regulations. Requirements: ● Analytical skills and ability to employee’s data analyzing. ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field. ● At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role. ● Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes. ● Good understanding of the full recruitment process. ● Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. ● Solid problem-solving and team management abilities ● Familiar with internet research, LinkedIn, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. ● Flexible schedule with availability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
