-Support the implementation of HR procedures, systems
-Develop, organize, schedule and evaluate training programs
-All surveys related to Human Resources and their analysis
-Prepare of maintain employment records to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfer
-describing and revising and Updating job descriptions, policies, screening of candidates CV
-maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
-Designing and revising recruiting processes
-Establish and upgrade human resource data base
-Extract process and update employees' punch card attendance on a daily basis and provide reports for payroll purposes
-Personnel work contract preparation
-Fluent in various ways practical reporting
Requirements
•Degree in Human Resources or related field
•Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
•Knowledge of Talent and HR systems and databases
•Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• At least 3 years work experience
•Familiarity with labor laws and social security
•Understanding the occupational classification system
•Expert in Access, Excel, Power point, Word
