• To design and conduct leadership development need assessment in organizational level.
• To source and facilitate leadership formal and informal development program targeting different groups of leaders at MTN Irancell
• To provide analytical report on individual leadership development and organizational level
• To administrate leadership management system and tools and ensuring all data profile are updated
• To conduct talent review program and ensure mitigation plan is developed to address talent risks
• To gather and concatenate information required to conduct succession planning also facilitate talent mapping for succession planning and career development.
• To coordinate and deliver leadership and vital behaviors assessments based on yearly calendar, also provide related reports and analysis.
• To interpret manager assessment report and guide manager how to apply development tools
• To maintain and implement Integrated Performance Management Framework plans and schedules
• To communicate various individual Performance Management reports and also provide feedback/feedforward on Performance Improvement areas as requested with cooperation of other HR teams.
• To ensure Performance scoring is based on scoring standard and is integrate through MTNIrancell
• To provide analysis on performance scores to segment different staff based on their status and also initiate improvement programs
• To initiate awareness programs and plans regarding Performance Management process to promote Performance Management the best practices
• To ensure all MTNIrancell staff are aware of their annual targets aligned with business objectives
Requirements
• BA degree in HR, Industrial Engineering,
• 3 years’ experience in HR Profession
• Experience working in a medium organization
• Fluent in English
