● Implement the HR strategic planning.
● Recruit and manage the selection process.
● Perform the onboarding process for the new staff.
● Maintain the work structure by updating job descriptions for all positions.
● Design and implement a competency model in the organization.
● Monitor the employee performance management system.
● Prepare and implement training and development plans for employees to ensure that employees
acquire the necessary skills in an effective and timely manner.
● Develop and implement HR branding strategies.
● Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
● Manage the employee relations process and build out the employee relations function.
● Provide the welfare plan.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, or Industrial Engineering.
● More than 3 years of experience in the same position.
● Age range: 27 to 35 years old.
● Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
● Familiar with the FMCG industry.
● Fluent in the job analysis method.
● Fluent in workforce planning methods.
● Fluent in quantitative performance management methods (such as OKR, BSC and etc.).
● Excellent in the talent acquisition process.
● Excellent in the staff learning process.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Result-oriented.
