Job Description

● Manage personnel contracts, personnel files, and the validity of information and documents. ● Facilitate the welfare needs of employees.


● Familiarity with PW Kara system. ● Familiarity with Rahkaran system. ● Knowledge of payroll. ● Knowledge of recruitment and other HR functions. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields. ● At least 2 years of experience in similar roles. ● Smart, data-oriented, and excellent in problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. ● Fluent in English. ● Knowledge of Iran's employment and labor laws.
