Within the framework of Sanofi’s business strategy, contribute to the achievement of the company's objectives, by providing professional HR support and overall direction to operational management and Reports operationally to Human Resource Lead.
● Onboard new joiners, including receiving docs, designing onboarding plan, and contract preparation.
● Prepare changes for promotion including new contract, salary, benefits, cost center and etc.
● Provide staff with requested letters like introduction and recommendation.
● Boncard support to employees 2 times a year.
● Prepare an updated organization chart on a monthly basis.
● Register staff on complimentary insurance based on changes.
● Contract renewal for all employees.
● Document hard copies of files in the office.
● Update HR SOPs based on what has been agreed upon.
● Update the employee database, based on new changes.
● Process owner of the learning platform in hence of uploading material, guiding staff in case of problems, and generating needed reports.
