Job Description

We’re looking for a meticulous and organized admin and contract specialist to join our HR team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth handling of administrative tasks and accurate processing of all employee contracts and documentation. You’ll be the backbone of HR operations, supporting both day-to-day admin and long-term compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract & Documentation Management:

  • Draft, review, and update employment contracts, NDAs, and other HR-related documents.
  • Ensure timely contract renewals, amendments, and terminations in line with company policies and labor law.
  • Maintain a digital and physical filing system for all HR documentation (contracts, insurance, leaves, etc.).
  • Liaise with the legal team to ensure compliance with current regulations.

Attendance & Timekeeping:

  • Monitor and track employee attendance, absences, and leaves through the KARA system.
  • Ensure accuracy in attendance records and escalate discrepancies for resolution.
  • Generate reports for payroll, performance reviews, and compliance audits.
  • Support employees with attendance-related inquiries and issues.

HR Administration:

  • Support HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and promotions.
  • Manage and update employee records in the HRIS and related systems.
  • Track and report on key HR metrics such as contract status, documentation completion, and attendance compliance.

Cross-Functional Support:

  • Coordinate with finance and legal teams for payroll-related documentation and audits.
  • Assist with visa/work permit processes for foreign employees (if applicable).
  • Help implement and maintain administrative policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration or contract management (preferably in a tech company).
  • Familiarity with Iranian labor law and HR practices.
  • Experience using KARA or similar attendance/time-tracking systems is a strong plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Persian (English is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word is a must.
