Job Description
• Logs all Help Desk interactions
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware.
• Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN) and other systems.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Responds to requests for a technical assistance or an information via phone, email or other communication tools
• Diagnoses and resolves technical IT hardware and software issues
• Prepares activity reports
• Identifies and escalates situations requiring urgent attention
• Manages software installations according to user requests
• Maintains and checks licenses of software that need license
• Installs new notebooks & Manages user accounts
