Job Description

At Goldiran Development Group, we are looking for a customer service-oriented help desk expert to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect requests from all functions and stakeholders, record and provide answers to users within the defined SLAs.
  • Ensure the quality of the solution provided for end users and perform the required optimization in any of the areas.
  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and scanners.
  • Prepare periodical reports on the services for senior managers, analyze the majority of each issue, and provide mitigation plans.
  • Perform daily activities to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and services, both for the user side, the network, and the backend.
  • Effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders, including IT suppliers.
  • Ensure the systems and services are compliant with IT policies and strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or equivalent working experience.
  • Good technical knowledge of the network and IT infrastructure.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Solutions.
  • Familiar with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and WSUS.
  • Familiar with ITIL concepts and IT service levels.
  • Strong communication skills and results-oriented attitude.
