At Goldiran Development Group, we are looking for a customer service-oriented help desk expert to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner.
Responsibilities:
Collect requests from all functions and stakeholders, record and provide answers to users within the defined SLAs.
Ensure the quality of the solution provided for end users and perform the required optimization in any of the areas.
Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and scanners.
Prepare periodical reports on the services for senior managers, analyze the majority of each issue, and provide mitigation plans.
Perform daily activities to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and services, both for the user side, the network, and the backend.
Effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders, including IT suppliers.
Ensure the systems and services are compliant with IT policies and strategy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or equivalent working experience.
Good technical knowledge of the network and IT infrastructure.
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Solutions.
Familiar with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and WSUS.
Familiar with ITIL concepts and IT service levels.
Strong communication skills and results-oriented attitude.
