● Develop and design all training processes.
● Supervise and hold training courses.
● Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly educational calendars.
● Evaluate the effectiveness of training courses.
● Hold online and face-to-face training courses.
● Control and monitor the process of delivering training services and ensuring their effectiveness.
● Responsible for measuring and tracking pre and post-training performance.
● Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management, Training Management, or related fields.
● At least 5 years of working experience in the same position.
● Mastering of training processes and standards.
● Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.).
● Excellent communication and leadership skills.
● Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
● Good computer and database skills.
● Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate).
