- Evaluate employees and identify weaknesses
- Designing and executing orientation programs
- Conducting on boarding training sessions for new hires
- Determine training needs both for individuals and teams
- Build quarterly and annual training program
- Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material
- Track employee success and progress
Requirements
- BA/MA degree in HR, Industrial Engineering,
- At least 3 years’ experience
- Availability to travel and visit our Factory, as needed
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities and using e-learning platforms
- Excellent presentation skills
- Additional certification in training is a plus
