Job Description

- Reduce repair time and monitor it - Carrying out maintenance planning - Planning and training of related operators - Request parts and spare parts - Planning to reduce machine downtime and increase equipment life - Design and implementation of maintenance system - Ensuring and monitoring the proper implementation of the maintenance system - Service, maintenance and repair of equipment - Preparation of equipment control checklists - Perform periodic visits - Consult and cooperate with the HSE unit regarding the improvement of safety conditions - Continuous review of the maintenance process and preparation of reports - Follow up on required repairs based on repair maintenance planning - Prepare and submit maintenance reports - PM maintenance training - TPM Comprehensive Product Maintenance Management - Introduction to the 5S grooming system - Cost management in maintenance - Maintenance and repairs of electrical panel production machines
