Job Description

● Plan and monitor the performance of the product maintenance team. ● Guide and monitor the troubleshooting of parts and devices and perform relevant tests. ● Timely reports of objections to superiors and relevant departments. ● Identify and investigate the causes of defects and submit reports to superiors and relevant departments to prevent re-defects. ● Monitor and record information on the company's software system. ● Confirmation of the required parts required and return of defective parts to the warehouse. ● Submit reports of replacement parts discrepancies to superiors and related departments. ● Create operating procedures and procedures. ● Provide training required for relevant personnel. ● Monitor and accuracy of the information in the relevant information database.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Electronics or other relevant managerial fields such as MBA or Industrial engineering. ● Having high self-confidence and a good ability to communicate with other colleagues. ● Fluent in English is required. ● At least 5 years of experience as a supervisor in other companies is preferable.
