  • Proficient in establishing new or revised HR processes in the organization.
  • Proficient in analyzing dashboards and reports containing complex data.
  • Proficient in competency-based interview techniques.
  • Getting to know recruitment KPIs.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Teamwork spirit.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Familiar with new recruitment and interview methods.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to organize, coordinate, supervise, and direct educational affairs.
  • Creativity and initiative in presenting new educational ideas.
  • Familiar with all human resources processes.
  • At least eight years of relevant work experience.
