Job Description

Objective: Design, develop and implement strategic plans of the organization in a cost-effective and time-efficient manner Main Responsibilities: 1- Work closely with the Board to develop and implement a long term Strategic Plan 2- Management of all day-to-day operations including planning, program implementation, program monitoring and reporting, human resources and financial. 3- Oversee administrative requirements that may include negotiating contracts and establishing policies and procedures. 4- Responsible for the design and execution of a fundraising strategy that includes proposal submissions, events, social media campaigns and stewardship of individual and corporate sponsors. Actively seek and maintain a diverse donor base. 5- Represent the organization to external audiences through media relations and participation in conferences and forums. 6- Manage key relationships with physicians, international associations, internal organizations, members and donors 7- Lead the organization, motivate and mentor members, volunteers and staffs and develop/reinforce the organizational culture Reporting to: Board of Directors Subordinates: Mid-Level Managers Other Interactions: International Associations, Ministry of Health, Benefactor, Corporate Sponsors, Physicians Number Required: 1 Duration: Permanent Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable Commission / Bonus: Negotiable

Requirements

University Qualifications: At least, B.Sc. in Management or related fields Previous Experience: At least 8 years working experience in managing the organization (Preferably NGO) Specialist Knowledge: Management Leadership Strategic Planning Personnel and Human Resources Diabetes and Health-care(Preferred) Other Skills: Enthusiastic to change the lives of people Complex Problem Solving Judgment and Decision Making Influential Leadership Excellent Communication Active Listening
