Job Responsibilities
Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive Internal Audit Plan across the holding and its subsidiaries.
Plan and conduct financial, operational, and process audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify risks and control weaknesses.
Review and assess business processes, financial documents, and company performance to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accounting and auditing standards.
Identify financial and operational risks, evaluate the adequacy of internal controls, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and follow up on audit findings and discrepancies through to resolution.
Evaluate the performance of subsidiaries and prepare analytical and comparative reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.
Prepare, consolidate, and present periodic reports on internal audit activities, internal controls, and identified risks to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Audit Committee.
Oversee the preparation and review of documentation required for Board of Directors meetings, General Assembly meetings, and other relevant authorities.
Plan, coordinate, and follow up on General Assembly meetings of subsidiaries, including preparation of agendas, minutes, supporting documents, and follow-up on resolutions.
Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and other relevant departments regarding General Assembly matters, Board resolutions, and statutory requirements.
Oversee the proper registration, filing, and maintenance of audit, Board of Directors, and General Assembly records and documentation.
Provide management recommendations and advisory support to improve business processes, enhance financial transparency, and strengthen the holding's internal control framework.
Coordinate and communicate with external auditors, statutory auditors, and other regulatory authorities on relevant matters.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, with proven managerial experience in internal audit, finance, or accounting.
Proven experience in holding companies and multi-entity organizations, with a good understanding of companies operating in capital markets.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is considered a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, as well as relevant tax and commercial regulations.
Good knowledge of corporate governance requirements, Board of Directors matters, and General Assembly procedures.
Strong expertise in internal auditing, operational auditing, internal controls, and risk management.
Familiarity with financial software, preferably Rahkaran.
Familiarity with process management concepts and the ability to analyze and improve organizational processes.
Strong ability to prepare and present management and analytical reports to senior management and the Board of Directors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, professional integrity, independence of judgment, confidentiality, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
