Job Description

- Develop and manage international sales of bitumen and related petroleum products
- Identify new target markets and build sustainable relationships with international buyers
- Conduct commercial negotiations, draft contracts, and follow up on payments
- Analyze global markets, monitor prices and competitors to optimize sales strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams including finance, logistics, and customs to ensure smooth execution of contracts
- Represent the company in international exhibitions and industry-specific trade events
- Supervise export operations including transportation, documentation, and customer delivery

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in foreign sales of bitumen or petroleum products
- Strong familiarity with target markets (CIS countries, Africa, East Asia, or South Asia preferred)
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic or Russian is a plus)
- Proficient in export regulations, Incoterms, LC, international logistics, and customs procedures
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a proven sales track record
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Excel & market analysis tools preferred)
