Job Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams,both internal and external, in MTNIrancell ITS departments to ensure all service levels and related PPPs conform to defined agreements and internationally recognized benchmarks.
  • Actively participate in selecting suitable technologies and negotiate/manage contracts with suppliers accordingly.
  • Laise with different ITS departments, especially the program office, business units, and outsourcing partners for systems enhancements requirements and the smooth implementation of these enhancements and new systems/applications.
  • Support interaction with audit bodies as per the audit cycle or raised audit items.
  • Analyze all FinTech services and related projects, including new systems implementations and existing systems’ enhancements, simultaneously with operations management, and ensure they are aligned with operations expectations.
  • Oersee and organize new system integrations with payment platforms to help expand the company’s business and sales.
  • Implement policies, processes, and procedures to ensure FinTech systems work as defined.
  • Support the outsourcing partners in administrative and operational tasks for systems, system reconciliations, system integrity checks, system security maintenance, etc.
  • To be fully aware of all services/functions business flow, to prevent any wrong procedure or system complexity in new project designation from the operational side, and to provide a correct solution for business operational requests.
  • Ensure that outsourcing partners put all products, tariffs, and other enhancements and changes into production in line with business requirements and change management processes.
  • Coordinate and take over daily queries; incident follow-up till the complete issue rectification or incident closure in case of incorrectly raised ones, business/other ITS team's requests,
  • Coordinate and monitor outsourcing partners on their daily tasks, keep track of/supervise their assigned actions or operational changes to ensure it will be delivered as per the agreed time.
  • Prepare and oversee Service Level Agreements with internal customers (business units) and suppliers/vendors to ensure timely resolution of problems and issues.
  • Influence the outsourcing partners to deliver the services and deploy the resources as per MTN Irancell’s business needs.
  • Identify all API gateways and REST/SOAP services, to ensure seamless integration with FinTech partners.
  • Stay updated about the latest knowledge, trends, and technology in the FinTech area.
  • Stay updated about financial regulations (PCI-DSS, GDPR, PSD2) and ensure operational compliance.


*Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in the area of specialization, with experience in supervising/managing others
  • Experience working in a medium to large organization
