Job Description

We currently have an opportunity available for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) expert to join our team. You ensure that Digikala makes sound financial decisions. As an FP&A analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. Working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to take on big-picture challenges. Primary responsibilities: ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop analytical frameworks for understanding and improving business and financial performance. ● Assists business leaders and senior management in the evaluation of potential strategic investments. ● Analyze, justify, and interprets data to create suggestions for improvement. ● Provide executive management with clear insights into drivers of user metrics, revenue, costs, market trends, risks, and opportunities, leading to revenue growth and product decisions. ● Scenario analysis and stress testing by changing key financial and non-financial parameters. ● Due diligence of ventures for M&A or investment opportunity. ● Collaboration with the business development team to cover all financial aspects of M&A and new investment.

Requirements

● 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. ● Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, plus the ability to quickly learn and work with the new systems and software. ● Strong communication, presentation skills. ● Ability to think critically and creatively. ● Very strong numerical and analytical skills - translate commercial initiatives into quantifiable measurable performance. ● Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment. ● Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fluid, fast-paced team environment while meeting critical deadlines.
