Job Description

This position is created to focus on effective field force deployment by assessing FF structure, capabilities, activities and recommend potential improvement in field force roles, coverage and structure design. The incumbent will be closely working with Divisional and Regional Managers and Supervisors.
Responsible for ensuring timely and efficient projects/changes and training goals achievement through coordinating, planning, organizing, and facilitating Sales department strategies implementation.

Responsibilities:
• Lead field force enhancement and transformation projects across Divisions, providing guidance, leadership and support to Field Managers in developing long-term coverage strategies and steps of the call.
• Ensure consistency in operational sales management approach starting from the 1st level of management - Supervisors. Advise on effective field force engagement in trade/ brand activation as per JTI portfolio objectives and strategies and in all retail channels.
• Analyze sales coverage and implement enhancements with cooperation of Regional & Divisional managers
• Analyze and assess existing FMCG and competition distribution / operations set up, explore market changes and coverage opportunities and report regularly.
• requirement analysis of sales automation and developing new features to meet the requirement in cooperation with IT team
• Lead Effective Field Force project in frame of RDB and in following GVA HQ Commercial Strategy Guidelines. Support Divisional and Regional managers and Supervisors in development of Field Force professional skills.
• Consolidate FF training & development needs, closely work with T&D to monitor progress. Unify FF management structures and roles, reporting, remuneration & motivation schemes. Share experience, knowledge and best practices, clearly benchmark expectations to take all Iran divisions FF to the higher performance level.

Requirements:
• University degree, preferably in economics or business management, is required
• Fluent English (required),
• MS Office tools (Excel, Power BI, Power point),
