Job Description

● Manage the planning and adjustment unit and apply the weekly and monthly production plan. ● Warehouse and inventory management of raw materials and products. ● Production management and quality control and guarantee. ● Technical unit management and preventive maintenance of equipment and production lines. ● Manage factory procurement unit. ● Apply regularly and flawlessly the defined processes in order to maintain all relevant standards. ● Establish and maintain relations with relevant organizations and departments in the city and province. ● Prepare reports and weekly analyses of the performance of the units under their management. ● Coordinate with the CEO and the manager of other units of the company and apply the policies of the organization.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management, or other related fields. ● At least seven years of managerial experience and ten years of industrial production experience. ● Familiarity with organizational systems and software. ● Strong oral and written communication skills. ● Strong analytical skills. ● Familiarity with the polymer or chemical industry is an advantage.
