Job Description

● Manage all parts of the factory. ● Supervise the implementation of a separate production line schedule and coordinate to overcome existing constraints. ● Monitoring and optimizing the production process, reporting to the CEO on the production performance of products. ● Implementation of work policies announced by the CEO. ● Supervise the timely and effective implementation of the organization's projects. ● Supervise factory workers to ensure their performance and safety. ● Managing employee relations and communications. ● Human resource planning and development. ● Direct Manager: Managing Director. ● Subsidiaries: At least 35 people. ● Probationary contract period: 3 months. ● Working hours: Saturday to Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. ● Requires a business trip: depending on work conditions. ● Rewards and benefits: insurance, supplementary insurance, sales bonus, etc.

Requirements

● Master's degree in Polymer Engineering, Industrial engineering, and related fields, or Master's degree in the same field. ● Work experience: At least 5 years of experience in the Polymer Industry; three of which belonged to managerial positions. ● Age: less than 45 years old. ● Workplace: Old Tehran-Karaj road.
