Job Description


● Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations.
● Increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
● Responsible for production output, and product quality.
● Allocate resources effectively and adequately and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
● Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
● Share a trusting relationship with the workgroup and recruit, manage, and develop plant staff.
● Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.
● Commit to plant safety procedures.
● Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance.
● Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives.

Requirements


● FMCG background is a must, preferably in the following fields:
o Fruit juice;
o Dairy;
o Food industries;
● At least 7 years of experience as a factory manager.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
● Willing to relocate to Saveh.
● Maximum age: 50 years old.
