Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
•Identify, evaluate, and develop export markets and target customers.
•Conduct market research and continuously monitor market trends, competitors, customer preferences, culture, and business conditions in target markets.
•Identify and evaluate distributors, agents, and local business partners and maintain strong commercial relationships.
•Communicate and negotiate with international customers, distributors, agents, and logistics providers.
•Prepare, manage, and control export and customs documentation.
•Manage export channels, including logistics, transportation, customs clearance, and shipment coordination.
•Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, Quality Control, and other internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
•Monitor shipments and proactively follow up on potential delays or issues throughout the export process.
•Ensure product packaging and labeling comply with the requirements and regulations of destination markets.
•Monitor customs regulations, export laws, regulatory updates, and relevant circulars in Iran and target markets.
•Analyze market competition, identify new business opportunities, and evaluate market entry and expansion strategies.
•Prepare monthly and periodic reports on export activities, market developments, shipments, and sales performance.
•Coordinate with customs offices, government authorities, and relevant organizations to resolve export-related issues.
Requirements & Skills:
•Solid knowledge of export procedures and international trade.
•Good understanding of customs regulations and export documentation.
•Familiarity with international transportation, logistics, and customs clearance.
•Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
•Ability to conduct market analysis and identify business opportunities.
•Proficiency in business English and international business correspondence.
•Strong problem-solving, follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
•High attention to detail, accountability, and teamwork.
