• Executive managing the technical-executive and engineering.
• Estimate quantities and cost of technical and financial.
• Estimate, control and documentation of projects documents (technical and financial).
• Control and confirm of contractors' invoices.
• Responsibility for project profit and loss.
• Overseeing the project's legal affairs and transferring matters to the legal advisor.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (at least) in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering.
- Previous experience: 10-15 years in same and related positions
- Fluency in contracting and general contracting.
- Managing, technical and execution control of EPC projects.
- Time managing, executive and financial scheduling.
- Fluency in English skills
- Expert in project contract affairs.
