Executive Manager (Jewelry Division – under Mirador. co) – Maison de Mirr

Handcrafted Jewelry

The Jewelry Division of Maison de Mirr was established as a subsidiary of the Mirador project, with the vision of creating unique, artistic, and luxury jewelry pieces.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Manager to lead this division and oversee the entire process—from concept design to final product delivery.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the full jewelry production pipeline: from concept sketches to final product

Collaborate with 2D/3D designers to prepare accurate models for production

Communicate and coordinate with jewelers, workshops, and external makers

Supervise quality control across all stages of production

Organize and manage involved teams and professionals (designers, makers, producers)

Provide structured progress reports directly to the CEO

Support scheduling, timelines, and delivery of final products

Qualifications & Profile:

Strong organizational and project management skills

Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven personality

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Prior experience in design, jewelry production, or luxury industries is a strong advantage

Passionate about art, design, and the luxury sector

manage to create and find the team required to build the brand up from 3D designer to builder to selling the product
