HR AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

ABOUT THE POSITION
exiss is active in architectural materials, interior design, and building projects.
We are looking for an experienced, organized, responsible, and results oriented HR and Administration Manager to join our management team.
This position requires someone who can manage human resources while also taking responsibility for internal operations, organizational discipline, follow up, coordination between departments, and implementation of management decisions.
The successful candidate should not only assign tasks but also actively follow them through until completion.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
Plan and manage recruitment, interviews, hiring, and onboarding processes
Prepare and update job descriptions and employee responsibilities
Define and monitor KPIs and performance indicators for employees and departments
Conduct periodic employee performance evaluations and prepare management reports
Monitor attendance, leave, organizational discipline, and employee commitments
Identify training and development needs
Support the development of employee motivation, reward, and promotion systems
Manage internal employee issues and conflicts professionally
Help develop a responsible, disciplined, professional, and results oriented organizational culture
ADMINISTRATION AND INTERNAL OPERATIONS
Manage and supervise the daily internal operations of the company
Follow up management decisions and instructions until final completion
Coordinate activities between Sales, Projects, Finance, Marketing, Warehouse, and other departments
Monitor the proper and timely completion of assigned responsibilities
Create a clear system for task management, ownership, priorities, and deadlines
Identify operational problems and bottlenecks and propose practical solutions to management
Organize internal meetings and follow up all decisions and action items
Prepare regular management reports covering operations, human resources, pending tasks, and important issues
Improve administrative and operational processes
Reduce unnecessary dependency on individual employees by creating clear systems and procedures
Work directly with the CEO to support the execution of company plans and management decisions
SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPROVEMENT
An important part of this position is transforming daily company activities into clear, measurable, and repeatable processes.
The selected candidate will be expected to document and improve internal processes
Create SOPs and checklists for recurring activities
Clearly define responsibilities and levels of authority
Develop simple and effective management reporting systems
Identify pending and delayed matters and follow them through until they are fully resolved
Improve accountability throughout the organization
Help build a company structure that is less dependent on individual employees

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree or higher, preferably in Management, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Minimum five years of relevant professional experience
Previous experience in Human Resources, Administration, Operations, or Internal Management
Experience working in structured private companies or project based organizations is preferred
Good knowledge of Human Resources principles and processes
Good command of Excel, Word, reporting tools, and office management systems
Ability to prepare professional reports for senior management
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Performance in this position will be evaluated based on measurable results, including
Percentage of assigned tasks completed on time
Number of overdue tasks and unresolved matters
Completion and quality of employee performance evaluations
Average recruitment and hiring time
Percentage of meeting decisions and action items successfully completed
Improvement in internal processes and organizational discipline
Reduction in direct management involvement in routine operational follow ups
DEFINITION OF SUCCESS
Success in this position is not defined simply by completing administrative tasks.
The objective is to create an organization in which every important task has a clear owner, a clear deadline, and a clear status.
Management should be able to see what is happening across the company without having to personally follow every operational detail.
Employee responsibilities and performance should be measurable, transparent, and properly managed.

Saturday to Wednesday
9 AM to 5 30 PM
Thursday
9 AM to 2 PM
This is a full time, on site position.
