The objective of the role:
● Follow up the works and schedules, perform a variety of administrative tasks, and support our company’s senior-level managers.
List of responsibilities:
● Manage the schedules and communications of key executives in the company.
● Prioritize emails and phone calls and arrange meetings and business events.
● Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
● Follow up the cases according to minutes of meetings.
● Correspond internally and externally.
● Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
● Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
● Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
● Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
● Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
● Coordinate exhibitions inside or outside the country.
● Reporting to: General Manager, Project Portfolio Manager, or Managing Directors of Subsidiary Companies.
● Probation period: 3 Months.
● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:30 am to 6 pm.
● Travel requirements: Once per month.
● Commission, bonus, and benefits: End of year bonuses.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management fields, or MBA graduate.
● At least 5 years of experience in similar positions.
● Teamwork spirit.
● Adaptivity.
● Excellent MS Office knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and MSP).
● Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
● Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
