Executive Assistant

Job Description

• Manage the human resources department, including recruitment, retention, and training within the organization.
• Follow up on all the tasks assigned by the CEO and COO and report the results immediately.
• Arrange, manage, and organize the CEO and COO's daily, weekly, and monthly schedule.
• Collaborate with the finance and administrative teams to provide payroll reports.
• Collaborate with the finance and administrative departments, sales and marketing.
• implementation and support, and software development to advance assigned projects and ensure.
• timely completion of all necessary actions.
• Manage and follow up on tasks for full-time, part-time, and contractor personnel.
• Prepare letters, presentations, and reports.
• Manage organizational meetings and conferences.
• Manage organizational affairs, including scheduling meetings, and preparing letters.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing (meetings, emails, letters, packages).
• Access to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Arrange travel and accommodation.
• Probation period: 2 months.
