Job Description

● Provide software support services to applicants in the field of capillary sales, distribution, finance, and logistics. ● Work with ERP systems and user management to determine the appropriate system configuration and implementation. ● Identify the software needs of different units and plan their implementation in accordance with the organization's IT plans ● Cooperate and participate in the preparation of a comprehensive information plan for the collection (including information architecture, macro programs for the development of information systems, etc.). ● Cooperate and participate in updating, developing, and strengthening information and operational software. ● Document the various stages of work and obtain work approval from users in order to complete the project file. ● Software deployment. ● Prepare and compile the required documents and guides for users, managers, and managers of the organization's software systems. ● Cooperate and participate in the installation, training, and management of software systems in coordination with the relevant units and the implementing company. ● Follow up and coordinate troubleshooting software systems based on information and reports received. ● Visit the covered units and departments and follow up to remove obstacles and existing software problems. ● Pursue temporary and permanent delivery of the original program and software systems code structure from relevant contractors.

Requirements

● Mastery of different areas of Rahkaran software, especially in the field of capillary sales and distribution, finance, and warehouse. ● Mastery of identifying issues and reviewing information related to developing and evaluating options and implementing solutions. ● Ability to do teamwork to accomplish tasks. ● Familiarity with database concepts (SQL Server). ● Familiarity with the basic concepts of finance, engineering, administration, and business according to the relevant field of choice. ● Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. ● Familiarity with current situation analysis methods (organizational process analysis). ● Familiarity with the principles of reporting. ● Familiarity with flowchart drawing methods and process modeling. ● Mastery of relevant specialized software. ● Familiarity with the principles and techniques of continuous improvement in processes.
