● Identify the obstacles before developing a new product, share them with the team, and provide recommendations to overcome that.
● Analyze the functionality and performance of current enterprise products and provide technical presentations explaining the technical specifications of products.
● Initiate, recommend and follow the modification and enhancement of existing products based on business needs and technology trends.
● Evaluate technology, liaise with market research to identify and capture market demand, and develop next-generation products to maximize revenue and profit.
● Monitor the efficiency of development and implementation processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
● Define the testing plan and execute UAT/PIT of new/enhanced services.
● Create a business case and prepare feasibility studies on new product opportunities.
● Assist the product development manager in delivering the EBU roadmap and sticking to the agreed priorities.
● Provide regular progress reports based on the assigned driven tasks.
● Create and proof filing materials and related documentation and communication bulletins.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in IT, ICT, Software Development, Software Engineering, E-Commerce, or related fields; a Master's degree in Management, Commerce, or Business Administration is advantageous.
● Fluent in English.
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in ICT Product or Services specialization.
● Experience working in a medium to large organization.
